PHASE II RV Site Information: Our current monthly rate for a RV site at PHASE II is $700 per month plus tax, for two people; extra children (Ages 3+) or adults staying at your RV site are $100 per person, per month. We collect a non-refundable deposit of $100 to reserve a monthly site. Upon arrival, the deposit will transfer to a refundable electric deposit. All sites are metered and you will be billed for the electricity you use during your stay. Deposit refunds will be calculated after the final electric bill is deducted.

Pine Ridge RV Site Information: The current monthly rate for a RV site at Pine Ridge is $850 per month plus tax, for two people; extra children or adults staying at your RV site are $100 per person, per month. We collect a non-refundable deposit of $100 to reserve a monthly site. Upon arrival, the deposit will transfer to a refundable electric deposit. All sites are metered and you will be billed for the electricity you use during your stay. Deposit refunds will be calculated after the final electric bill is deducted.

Pet Policy: Note that while we are a dog-friendly park, we do not allow vicious dogs, pit bulls, or pit bull mixes.
