Guest Information, Park Rules & Policies

By entering or staying at Pine Ridge Campground, guests and visitors agree to abide by all campground rules and policies established for the safety and enjoyment of all guests.

Thank you for choosing Pine Ridge Campground. Our goal is to provide a safe, clean, and family-friendly environment where guests can relax, enjoy nature, and create lasting memories.

Check-In & Check-Out Procedures

During office hours, stop by the office for check-in information. After hours: your map and site information will be located by the office door. Your accommodation will be unlocked and the key will be inside.

Departure Procedures: Remove all belongings, place garbage in dumpsters, wash and put away dishes, turn off lights and appliances, lock windows, leave the unit unlocked, leave the key inside, and report any damages or maintenance concerns.

Camp Store, Guest Services & Amenities

Camp Store items include: Ice, Firewood, Propane, snacks, beverages, camping supplies, RV essentials, convenience items, souvenirs and merchandise. Available at Camp Store.

Golf Cart Rentals: Available at Camp Store (24-hour rental). Drivers must possess a valid driver's license, obey the 8 MPH speed limit, and operate carts safely.

Amenities include: Swimming Pool, Catch-and-Release Fishing Pond, Dog Park, Game Room, Playground, Laundry Facilities, Bathhouses, Pavilion, Pedal Boats, Camp Store and Propane Sales.

Firewood & Campfires

Always inquire about current fire restrictions or burn bans before lighting a campfire. Fires must remain in designated fire rings, be attended at all times, and completely extinguished before being left unattended. Fire rings are for firewood only.

Only wood should be in the fire pit. No trash should ever be left in the fire pit. This includes cigarette butts, charcoal, and garbage. Violations are a $30 cleaning fee.

Quiet Hours & Courtesy

Quiet Hours are 9:00 PM – 7:00 AM. Excessive noise is not permitted at any time. Loud music, amplified speakers, DJs, karaoke machines, and disruptive noise are prohibited. No loud music is permitted at RV sites, cabins, tiny homes, the White House, pavilion, bathhouses, pool area, playgrounds, dog park, or any common area.

Pool Rules

No lifeguard on duty. Swim at your own risk.

  • No glass containers
  • No pets
  • No alcohol
  • No smoking or vaping
  • No food in the pool area
  • No diving
  • No running or horseplay
  • Children under 16 must be accompanied by a responsible adult

Public Areas & Common Facilities

Public facilities include the Office & Camp Store, Laundry Room, Bathhouses, Game Room, Pavilion, Pool Area, Playground, and any campground-owned building or shared-use facility.

Alcohol, smoking/vaping, and pets (except service animals) are prohibited in these facilities. Guests are expected to clean up after themselves and help maintain a welcoming environment.

Pet Policy

  • Pets must remain on a leash at all times except within the designated Dog Park
  • Owners must clean up after pets immediately
  • Pets may not be left unattended anywhere on campground property
  • Aggressive pets are not permitted
  • Excessive barking will not be tolerated
  • Pets are not permitted in public buildings, pool area, playground, game room, or pavilion

Campsite Rules

  • Do not walk through occupied campsites
  • Maximum of two vehicles per site unless approved by management
  • Vehicles must remain on paved or gravel surfaces
  • No parking on grass
  • Campsites must be maintained in a clean and orderly manner
  • Dispose of trash in designated dumpsters

Fishing

Fishing is catch-and-release only. Please do not attempt to catch or disturb the koi fish.

Speed Limit & Vehicle Safety

The campground speed limit is 8 MPH. Watch for children, pedestrians, bicycles, and pets. Golf carts may only be operated by licensed drivers.

Children & Minors

Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising children. Children under 16 should be supervised in common areas and should be at their campsite during quiet hours unless accompanied by a parent or guardian.

Site Appearance Standards

Sites must be kept neat and orderly. Excessive outdoor storage, trash, debris, appliances, furniture, tires, or other unsightly items are prohibited. Management may require cleanup of any site that becomes unsafe or unsightly.

Safety & Conduct

The following are prohibited:

  • Fireworks and explosives
  • Illegal drugs
  • Disorderly conduct
  • Harassment of guests or staff
  • Public intoxication
  • Abusive behavior or threatening conduct

Firearms & Weapons

Firearms and other weapons may not be carried, displayed, discharged, or used in any public or common area of the campground. Guests who legally possess firearms are responsible for ensuring they remain secured and stored in accordance with applicable laws.

The discharge of firearms, BB guns, pellet guns, archery equipment, fireworks, or explosives is prohibited anywhere on campground property.

Visitor Policy

  • All visitors must report to the office upon arrival and register before entering the campground
  • Visitor access to amenities is at management's discretion
  • Approved visitors may be subject to a $10 per person fee
  • Visitors are not permitted during holiday weekends without approval
  • Visitors must leave by 9:00 PM
  • Registered guests are responsible for their visitors

Reservation & Cancellation Policy

Full payment is required at the time of booking. A 3% processing fee applies to credit and debit card transactions.

  • Guests agree that the Campground does not give credit or refunds due to severe weather and/or natural disasters.
  • If a reservation is canceled more than two weeks from the arrival date, a $25 cancellation fee will be incurred at the time of cancellation.
  • If a reservation is canceled between two weeks and three days from the arrival date, guests will incur a $50 cancellation fee at the time of cancellation.
  • If a reservation is canceled less than three days from the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
  • NO REFUND for monthly reservations, or reservations for stays during major events (Holidays, Concerts, sporting events, etc.). Please contact the office for additional details.

Long-Term & Extended Stay Guests

Pine Ridge Campground reserves the right to require background checks for monthly, seasonal, and extended-stay guests. Management may require valid identification, current vehicle registration, and proof of insurance.

Rule Enforcement

Failure to comply with campground rules may result in:

  • Verbal warnings
  • Written warnings
  • Loss of amenity privileges
  • Visitor restrictions
  • Removal from campground facilities
  • Immediate removal from the campground without refund

Pine Ridge Campground reserves the right to interpret, enforce, modify, or update campground rules and policies as necessary.
