Pine Ridge is a great base for long-term guests. Two sections available — both include water and sewer, with electric metered separately.

+ tax · per month · Price includes 2 adults, 2 children, and no more than 2 domesticated pets

- Extra person: $100/month
- $100 deposit (transfers to refundable electric deposit on arrival)
- Rent due each month on your arrival date

Fees & Policies
Holiday Surcharge
A +$10 per site surcharge applies on all holiday weekends. All visitors must be registered with the Office.
Cancellation Policy
- 14+ days before: $25 cancellation fee
- 3 to 13 days before: $50 cancellation fee
- Less than 3 days before: non-refundable
- Monthly reservation cancellations, or reservations for stays during major events are also non-refundable

Visitor Day Pass
- Visitors must register at the office
- Visitor Day Pass is $5
- Visitor + Amenities Pass is $10
- All visitors must leave the campground by 9 PM
