Reservations are subject to availability and are not confirmed until Pine Ridge Campground accepts the reservation and receives any required payment or deposit.

Rates may vary based on accommodation type, dates, availability, length of stay, holidays, occupancy, and other applicable factors. Additional charges may apply for extra guests, pets, vehicles, electricity, amenities, or services.

Guests are responsible for reviewing all reservation information before submitting payment. Any remaining balance must be paid according to the terms presented during booking or communicated by Pine Ridge Campground.

Pine Ridge Campground may correct pricing, availability, or booking errors and may contact the guest if additional information is required to complete a reservation.

Unless different terms are presented and accepted during booking, the following cancellation policy applies to daily and weekly reservations:

• Cancellations made at least 14 days before check-in are eligible for a refund of 100% of the amount paid.
• Cancellations made between 7 and 14 days before check-in are eligible for a refund of 50% of the amount paid.
• Cancellations made less than 7 days before check-in are eligible for a refund of 10% of the amount paid.

Reservation balances are non-refundable after check-in.

A payment-processing fee may apply to card transactions.

Monthly stays, extended stays, group reservations, holiday reservations, promotional rates, cabins, the tiny house, and other special accommodations may have separate deposit and cancellation requirements. Any special terms presented during booking will control over the general policy above.

Refunds will ordinarily be returned to the original payment method. Processing times may vary by financial institution.

Standard check-in is 3:00 p.m., and standard check-out is 11:00 a.m.

Early arrival and late departure are subject to availability and may result in an additional charge. Guests should contact the campground before arriving outside regular office hours.

All registered guests, occupants, children, visitors, and pets must comply with Pine Ridge Campground's posted rules, safety instructions, and staff directions.

These rules include, but are not limited to:

• Observing quiet hours.
• Following the campground speed limit.
• Registering all guests and visitors.
• Keeping pets leashed and cleaning up after them.
• Supervising children appropriately.
• Using campground amenities safely.
• Parking only in designated areas.
• Properly disposing of trash.
• Following all fire, pool, fishing, golf-cart, and site-specific rules.
• Refraining from dangerous, disruptive, abusive, or unlawful conduct.

Pine Ridge Campground may interpret and enforce its rules as reasonably necessary to protect guests, employees, property, and campground operations. Guests or visitors who violate campground rules or disrupt the safety or enjoyment of others may be required to leave without a refund.

The individual making a reservation is responsible for:

• Providing accurate reservation and contact information.
• Paying all charges associated with the reservation.
• Informing all occupants and visitors of campground rules.
• Supervising children and minors in their party.
• Ensuring that pets remain under control.
• Paying for damage caused by members of their party, visitors, pets, vehicles, or equipment.

Visitors must register with the campground office and may be subject to visitor fees, restrictions, and amenity-access limitations. Visitor access may be restricted during holidays or other high-occupancy periods.

Camping and outdoor recreation involve inherent risks. These may include changing weather, uneven terrain, insects, wildlife, campfires, water hazards, recreational equipment, vehicles, falling limbs, and the actions of other guests.

Guests and visitors are responsible for exercising reasonable care and following posted safety instructions. Children must be appropriately supervised. The swimming pool does not have a lifeguard, and fishing is catch-and-release.

To the extent permitted by law, guests and visitors voluntarily assume the ordinary and inherent risks associated with campground accommodations, facilities, amenities, and recreational activities.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to waive rights or responsibilities that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.

Guests are responsible for damage beyond ordinary wear caused to campground property, accommodations, rental equipment, amenities, or another guest's property.

Pine Ridge Campground is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings, vehicles, recreational vehicles, equipment, or other property except where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Guests should secure their property and maintain appropriate insurance for their RV, vehicles, and personal belongings.

Pets are permitted only in designated accommodations and areas and remain subject to campground policies and breed restrictions.

Pet owners are responsible for their animals at all times, including supervision, waste removal, noise, behavior, and any injury or property damage caused by the animal. Pets must remain leashed except in areas specifically designated for off-leash use.

Service animals will be accommodated as required by applicable law.

Monthly and extended stays may require an application, background or stay approval, proof of identification, proof of insurance, vehicle information, RV information, photographs, a security deposit, and additional documentation.

Approval of an extended stay does not create a landlord-tenant relationship unless applicable law expressly provides otherwise. Extended-stay guests must comply with any separately provided agreement, payment schedule, utility terms, and campground policies.

You may use PineRidgeCampground.com for lawful, personal purposes, including learning about the campground, contacting us, and making reservations.

You may not:

• Attempt to interfere with the website's operation or security.
• Use automated systems to improperly access or collect website information.
• Submit false, fraudulent, or misleading information.
• Impersonate another person or organization.
• Use website content for unlawful or unauthorized commercial purposes.
• Introduce malware, harmful code, or disruptive technology.

Pine Ridge Campground may modify, suspend, or discontinue any website feature without notice.

The website may contain links to third-party websites or services, including reservation, mapping, payment, review, and social-media platforms. These services operate under their own terms and privacy policies.

Pine Ridge Campground does not control and is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, security, or practices of third-party websites or services.

Unless otherwise stated, the website's text, branding, graphics, photographs, layout, and other original materials belong to Pine Ridge Campground or are used with permission.

Website content may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, republished, or used commercially without prior written permission, except as allowed by law.

When you provide your contact information, Pine Ridge Campground may use it to respond to requests, administer reservations, provide stay-related notices, and communicate about campground services.

Transactional messages concerning a reservation may include confirmations, payment information, check-in instructions, service notices, and other information necessary to administer your stay.

Marketing text messages will only be sent when the appropriate consent has been provided. Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of purchasing goods or services.

SMS Terms

Pine Ridge Campground will not share or sell subscriber information with third parties for their direct marketing purposes.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

By selecting the checkbox on the booking checkout page, guests agree to receive marketing SMS messages. Guests may receive an SMS before, during, or after their stay with Pine Ridge Campground. Message frequency varies. Standard message and data rates may apply.

Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of making a reservation or purchasing goods or services.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any dispute relating to these Terms & Conditions, this website, or campground services will be handled in a court of competent jurisdiction serving Spartanburg County, South Carolina, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

Pine Ridge Campground may revise these Terms & Conditions periodically. The effective date at the top of this page will identify the latest version.

Continued use of the website after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms to the extent permitted by law.
